A Proud History
1937 – Founded by Stuart Faulkner
Precast Concrete was first registered on 11 May 1937. Originally based near the wharf, the business later moved to its current site on Maclaggan Street.
1957 – The Warnock Brothers Take Over
In 1957, Allan and Ken Warnock became the second owners. They ran the business for over two decades, growing its local reputation.
1984 – Roy Evans Introduces New Products
Roy Evans brought fresh ideas and launched a wider range of sumps, showing how the business could evolve. He retired in 2007 after 23 years.
2007 – Murray Hosking Leads the Business
Murray became the fourth owner and maintained the company’s strong focus on quality concrete solutions.
2016 – Richard Daggar Breathes New Life
In 2016, Richard Daggar took ownership. With new branding, custom offerings, and a commitment to local service, Richard continues to build on decades of proud tradition.
